Dr. Tori Brown Successfully Completes the 2025–2026 Truist Foundation Fellowship at Watson Institute

We are proud to announce that our founder Dr. Tori Brown has successfully completed the prestigious 2025–2026 Truist Foundation Fellowship at Watson Institute.

Throughout the fellowship, she collaborated with entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and innovators from across the country to strengthen strategies for expanding economic opportunity and community impact.

As a special distinction, Dr. Brown was selected as a Virtual Presenter for the 2025–2026 Truist Foundation Fellowship Summit, where she represented the State of Florida and showcased the work being developed through Fresh Community Development, the Community to CashFlow Network, and Pearl Belle. Her presentation demonstrated how financial readiness, homeownership, entrepreneurship, and technology can work together to create stronger communities and expand access to opportunity.

The fellowship experience has further strengthened Fresh Community Development’s mission to provide innovative pathways that help individuals and families move toward financial stability, homeownership, entrepreneurship, and long-term asset ownership.

Each session brings together entrepreneurs, aspiring homeowners, professionals, community leaders, nonprofit organizations, lenders, and strategic partners to build relationships, discuss local challenges, and explore opportunities that strengthen their communities. More than a networking event, each session is an interactive experience where participants engage in meaningful conversations, build valuable connections, share ideas, and provide feedback through our SGPS Survey. Every voice matters, helping ensure our work is informed by the experiences, priorities, and aspirations of the communities we serve. Join the Community to CashFlow Network for an exclusive invitation.
